1. Data Privacy Policy

We observe GDPR rules responsibly and do not share any of students' and parents' with our business partners, individuals and organisations without the explicit permission of parents and adult students. These data may be in text, image or video format.

2. Purpose of collecting data

a. Student Data

We collect minimal data for students. We dispose off this data at the end of the tax year following the end of tuition period. We also ask parents to provides only those parts of documents which do not contain students' personal information that we are not entitled to. If the exchange of documents contains more personal data inadvertently, we act on this according to GDPR rules and dispose off this data responsibly. This includes deleting this additional data as soon as this has been used.

b. Parents Information

For parents data, we keep those in our database for a period of one year after the end of tax year following the end of tuition period. We make sure to carry out deletion of redundant data.

3. Collected Personal Data

Collected data includes student's name, school year, exam year, exam board, latest school/college report and email address (if permitted by parents). We also collect data for parents including their names, postal addresses, contact details (email and phone).
